Bangladesh Society for Training and Development (BSTD) PROSHIKHYAN Journal, Vol.30, No.2, July-Dec,2022 (A Journal of Training and Development) Publication Ceremony held at dated 27/05/2023 at BSTD Conference room, Concord Tower, Farmgate, Dhaka. BSTD President M Janibul Haque, Ex-CSP, presided over the program. Secretary General of BSTD, Govt high officials,other distinguished person, Researcher, BSTD members, Autors of that journal were attended in the publication ceremony and presented their reserarch outcomes. Five reserch Articles were selected for publication. Among the Research articals. My joint (Abu Kaiser Md. Saiful Islam & Md. Mahfuzur Rahman) very important Research Articles " Health and Safety measures including Physical, Mental & Social health: Energy Sectors Company of Bangladesh: A Case Study"- has been published BSTD PROSHIKHYAN Journal, Vol.30, No.2, July-Dec 2022. Gender Responsive Budget-A Proposed M & E Frame work, Towards a definition of Local Self -Govt wete the prominent articles.A very important discussion regarding the Journal Articals with distinguished personalities was taken place.The Journal Publication Ceremony was very fruitful, encourageable & interactive.
